When Viruses Surround Us: What Can We Do?

No matter where you turn it seems that someone is bogged down with a nasty bug; flu, strep, common cold. Everything seems to be floating around waiting for both you and me. Despite the fact that it is the season for so many different viral infections, there are a number of things you can do to keep your immune system strong and combat anything you may come in contact with.
